If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, just send us your unopened product within 90 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund. Your confidence in our store is of paramount importance and we assure your happiness with every order. For the returns address and an Returned Merchandise Authorization Number, please email sales@top40dvds.com.

We Recycle!

We are proud to recycle any and all packing materials we come across, so please don't be offended to find last year's shredded phone book or yesterday\'s newspaper packed with your order.

We Email Your Tracking Number:

Tracking numbers are emailed to customers for ground shipping only. You may then track your packages by going to www.ups.com and entering your tracking number. Sorry, we cannot email overnight or 2-day shipping tracking numbers.

Shipping Information:

Shipping is $4.00 per single dvd and $4.75 for double disc sets. Each additional dvd is only $1 for shipping. All previous shipping quotes are for usps and first class mail. We can ship UPS if you choose too for faster service.

Using regular first class mail your item/s will arrive in 3-7 business days depending on your location. There is no tracking information available when using first class mail and no signature needed. If you choose Ups we can email your tracking numbers to you.
